Due to the current size of our business, we do not have the infrastructure to hold stock. We therefore rely on ‘print on demand’ suppliers to produce and distribute our products. As a result, we regrettably have very limited control over the delivery time of any of the items on our website.

Each item is produced to order, meaning the printing of the design onto the item occurs after each order is placed. This process can take 3-7 business days* to complete, or sometimes longer in periods of high demand, and may vary depending on the product and supplier. In order to make the delivery as prompt and transparent as possible, we opt to use fast delivery options with tracking where possible from our suppliers.

Total shipping time from order being placed to order being delivered for each of our products varies depending on the delivery option you select. All shipping times are estimates and therefore regrettably cannot be guaranteed. The delivery options are as follows:

**Delivery for orders over £55.00 are free of charge. Simply select the ‘Free Courier Shipping’ option at checkout to apply this.**

*Business days are Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (excluding bank holidays), however deliveries may be made on weekends in some cases.

As the business grows we are looking to develop the infrastructure to hold our own stock and reduce the delivery times and costs as far as possible.

At present, we unfortunately only deliver to the UK. We are looking to expand and deliver overseas soon.

Failed Deliveries

The different couriers that we use have differing policies regarding how long they will hold a parcel for, and the amount of delivery attempts they will make. Some couriers may also require a signature upon delivery in order to complete the delivery. We advise that you look carefully at delivery information from both Plumbum and the courier, to avoid failed deliveries.

When placing your order, please ensure that you carefully and accurately enter your address and contact details. Incorrect details often lead to delayed delivery. If the courier fails to deliver your item(s) from all of their delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to Plumbum.

In the case that a parcel has been returned to us by the courier, we will happily resend it to you. We will however charge you an additional delivery cost for this. We will send you a payment request for this additional delivery cost, and after we have received payment, the parcel will be sent out to you.
